If you’ve never had a hearing test before (or it’s been a while since your last test), the idea of sitting in front of a stranger and expressing your hearing related concerns can seem a little intimidating.
At Middlesex Hearing Centre, our primary goal is to ensure that every patient begins and ends each appointment feeling comfortable and in control of their hearing health. “We Guide. You Decide” meaning that it is our responsibility to provide recommendations based on your concerns and communication needs, but the final decision and next steps are completely up to you. We listen to your concerns and understand your hearing related needs and goals. This helps us deliver a more personalized experience and allows us to better understand what recommendation might best fit your needs and expectations
3) Interpret Your Results
We review your hearing assessment results using clear and concise language that is easy to understand. Our goal is to make this is simple as possible so there is no confusion with your results
4) Discuss Your Options
Now that we have an understanding of your concerns, needs, goals and where your hearing ability is at, we are able to formulate a personalized recommendation and walk you through available solutions that may work best for you
